Jacob met Sister Clare when she was only twenty-three. She prepared him for his First Communion. He remembers the afternoon he met her and how they played together near the parish church. The children enjoyed playing and they enjoyed it even more when they saw her enjoying herself with them. But when they went into the adoration chapel with her or attended Mass, her demeanor made them understand: “You have to put things in their proper place and give God the respect and love He deserves.” Shortly before she died, Sister Clare sent Jacob a message… Now, Jacob reflects on what he experienced with her and the impact it has had on his life.
